With FAM, styles are quick and simple to create. A style can be setup with a matrix of materials, colours, options and sizes so all SKUs of a style can be viewed in a grid with sizes running across the screen. Styles can be imported via excel, copied from an existing style or imported from Shopify. Range planning allows you to build a seasonal range from new and carry over styles with seasonal pricing in all currencies. With FAM as your central PLM system it’s easy to publish styles across multiple platforms or produce exports of product data to use elsewhere. Catalogues, line sheets and barcode labels are just some of the features available.
Customer order entry is easy with FAM’s matrix. Orders are automatically created for any integrated sales channels and can also be entered whilst the customer is on the phone giving them price and availability. Forward orders can be entered or imported from an excel order pad that FAM produces or via csv import to your customer’s specification. Order acknowledgements, proforma invoices and order confirmations can be produced or automatically sent via e-mail to the customer. For orders requiring embroidery the entire process can be managed to ensure the correct blank garments are purchased. With FAM’s myriad of available reports you can analyse your order book in detail, summary or anything in between.
FAM’s out of the box B2B trade web site gives your customers an easy to use way to place orders on-line 24/7 and to access their account on-line. FAM is also integrated to wholesale platforms such as NuOrder, Joor and Shopify B2B.
Purchase orders can be generated by using FAM’s Buying screen to calculate what you need to order from your suppliers. For continuing lines, weeks cover can be calculated and used to ensure stock is used efficiently. Back to back purchase orders can be placed for individual sales orders and for bulk purchase orders, packing information can be included. Style attributes can be added based on rules and printed on your purchase documentation to ensure the supplier conforms to your supplier manual. Purchase tracking allows you to manage the supply chain to monitor various key dates on your inbound shipments.
Automatic Allocations enable you to easily allocate stock to your customer’s orders and produce picking notes. Integration to carriers such as Royal Mail, DPD, Evri, DHL & UPS allow for instant shipping label production to ensure efficient through put in the warehouse. Barcode scanning of picks will ensure the correct items are picked ensuring customer satisfaction and stock accuracy. Multiple warehouses and locations can be easily managed and if one or more of your warehouses are managed by a 3PL FAM can be set to integrate electronically to them.
FAM generates your invoices and credit notes and will e-mail them to your customers or send them via EDI/API. All invoices and credit notes can then be transferred into your preferred accounting solution. FAM allows for commercial invoice production for any export shipments you make and can produce packing notes if required.
Returns of e-commerce orders are driven efficiently by scanning the returned items in to FAM’s web returns module. Approved returns can automate a refund to the customer in Shopify or produce a list of refunds to process if the channel is not integrated for refunds. Wholesale returns can be loaded, imported via Excel or generated from the FAM invoice number. Analysis of return reasons by channel allows you to monitor return rates and help plan to minimise them.
FAM retail assists with the replenishment or your stores and concessions to ensure that they are adequately stocked. FAM EPOS is a touch screen till system that is quick and intuitive for your store staff to operate an efficient store. RFID technology can be utilised to aid stocktake and product location in store. Traditional concession stock is held and monitored in FAM and sales are imported via concession specific excel files to enable invoices and credit notes to be raised. Returns from a concession can be scanned back into FAM at the end of each season if the concession returns the stock to you.
FAM’s extensive reporting on all aspects of your business allows you to sort out the detail while managing the bigger picture. With a wide range of reports from detailed listings to summary management reports, FAM can give you the information you need to manage and grow your business.
