FAM Integrations

With the increasing trend towards doing business via a marketplace model rather than traditional wholesale or concession we have developed a number of integrations with the large multiple retailers such as John Lewis, Very, Next, N Brown, Freemans, Debenhams and CostCo to name a few. The integrations provide product data in the required format for the market place and seamless integration of stock, orders, confirmations and despatch.

John Lewis - The Edge Integration
John Lewis - The Edge Integration

FAM is Integration to both John Lewis's market place platform (The Edge) and directly via EDI for tranditional concessions.

Market place integration assists with the following areas :-

  • John Lewis Smart Sheet product data. FAM will produce the required Excel file with sizes and other attributes translated to those required by John Lewis. The Style images are also saved in the required format for John Lewis, saving you the effort in copying and renaming image files. 
  • Inventory. Once your styles are live on JohnLewis.com FAM will manage the stock levels that John Lewis sells from. You can introduce a buffer to avoid overselling over multiple channels where stock levels are low.
  • Orders. FAM will download the orders from John Lewis and acknowledge them automatically.
  • Fulfilment. A John Lewis delivery note with the required returns barcode and product information will be printed at the point of despatch. Courier tracking numbers are sent back to John Lewis along with dispatch confirmation. Any shortages or cancellations will be automatically fed back to the John Lewis system.
  • Retuns. John Lewis send palletised batches of returns back to your warehouse. These can either be scanned back in or imported via the excel file sent to you from the logistic providor.

Next - Platform Plus Integration
Next - Platform Plus Integration

FAM is integrated to Next's Platform Plus system for drop shipping and also for traditional concessions.

Dropship Integration provides :-

  • Next PIF product data. FAM will produce the PIF data required by Next to enable them to load your styles onto their website.
  • Inventory. Once your styles are live on Next.com FAM will manage the stock levels that they sell from. You can introduce a buffer to avoid overselling over multiple channels where stock levels are low.
  • Orders. Orders are downloaded for picking and Next pick them up for onward shipment to their customer directly or pickup in store if that is what the customer has requested
  • Fulfilment. Status updates are commincated back to Platform Plus so Next know the order is ready for pickup.
  • Retuns. Returns are handled by Next so do not need to be dealt with by your warehouse.

Very - Blu Jay Integration

FAM is integrated to Very's Bluejay system for Market Place.

FAM assists with :-

  • Style Data. FAM is configured to extract product data to help you send for Very to use and existing Very SKU can be imported to FAM.
  • Inventory. Once your styles are live on Very.com FAM will manage the stock levels that they sell from. You can introduce a buffer to avoid overselling over multiple channels where stock levels are low and a leadtime if items are due back in stock soon.
  • Orders. Orders are downloaded and confirmed to Very. Cancellatoin messages are communicated back to Very if an order cannot be fulfilled.
  • Fulfilment. Upon despatch FAM will print out the Very delivery note and shipping label. Status updates are commincated back to Very.
  • Retuns. Returns are handled by Very.

Freemans - DD Track Plus Integration

FAM is integrated to Freemans's DD Track Plus system allowing them to sell your styles across multiple web sites.

Dropship Integration provides :-

  • Item data. FAM can extract the data required by Freemans so you can send in excel to them.
  • Inventory. Once your styles are live on Freemans FAM will manage the stock levels that they sell from. You can introduce a buffer to avoid overselling over multiple channels where stock levels are low.
  • Orders. Orders are downloaded and acknowledged automatically, ready for picking.
  • Fulfilment. If you choose to use Freemans Evri shipping FAM prints the appropriate despatch note and shipping label upon despatch.
  • Retuns. Returns are handled by Freemans so do not need to be dealt with by your warehouse.

Shopify Integration

FAM is fully Integrated with Shopify. Leverage the power of Shopify to craft slick creative web sites and let FAM handle the data,

FAM's integration to Shopify offers :-

  • Style Integration. FAM will load your selected products directly into shopify with images, tags, prices and meta data. 
  • Inventory. Using Shopify's GraphQL FAM will instantly syncronise your available stock across multiple locations.
  • Orders. FAM will download your orders so they can be picked. If you use Shopify POS for your stores the sales can pull into FAM's retail system so you can monitor stock and provide replenishments.
  • Fulfilment. Upon despatch FAM will fulfil your orders in Shopify and load carrier tracking details.
  • Retuns. When returns are scanned back into FAM and confirmed an automatic refund can be triggered on Shopify or an exchange processed. 

Debenhams - Mirakl Integration
Debenhams - Mirakl Integration

Since the days when Debenhams had a huge high street presence FAM has enabled dropshipping with Debenhams.com. This has continued in the post physical store era with integratoin to the Mirakl platform that Debenhams.com now use.

Market place integration assists with the following areas :-

  • Style Data. FAM will produce the required Excel file with sizes and other attributes translated to those required by Debenhams including style images. 
  • Offers. Offers combine inventory and price in Mirakl and FAM will load both automatically for you. Price offers can be future data so sale prices can be pre-planned and loaded in advance of the sale start date.
  • Orders. FAM will download the orders from Debenhams and acknowledge them automatically.
  • Fulfilment. On despatch, courier tracking numbers are sent back to Debenhams to fulfil the order. Any shortages or cancellations will be automatically fed back to the Mirakl system.
  • Refunds. Returns are scanned back into FAM's web return module and automatic refunds sent where appropriate.

Amazon

FAM is fully Integrated with Amazon via API for direct fulfilment or EDI for wholesale.

FAM's integration to Amazon offers :-

  • Style Integration. FAM will load your selected products directly into Amazon with images, categories and prices. 
  • Inventory. FAM will syncronise your available stock with Amazon.
  • Orders. FAM will download your orders so they can be picked and packed. 
  • Fulfilment. Upon despatch FAM will fulfil your orders in Amazon and load the carrier's tracking details.
  • Retuns. When returns are scanned back into FAM and confirmed an automatic refund can be triggered.

CostCo

FAM is Integrated with CostCo for drop shipping.

FAM's integration to CostCo offers :-

  • Style Data. FAM will assist in extracting your style data to supply to CostCo. CostCo's SKUs can be imported into FAM. 
  • Inventory. FAM will send your available stock to CostCo.
  • Orders. FAM will download your orders so they can be picked, packed and shipped. 
  • Fulfilment. Upon despatch FAM will send the  the carrier's tracking details back to CostCo to update their systems.
  • Invoices. FAM will send invoices to CostCo for the shipments you have sent to their customers.
